The game catalogue

Amunra does not have to respect the Belgian assortment framework: slots from dozens of studios plus live tables. The price is losing EPIS, oversight and the weekly limit.

Dice games are the Belgian hallmark: tales of Sand, Dice Spinner, Dice Attraction, outside the Belgian market you rarely run into them.

Playing legally in Belgium

Amunra does not appear in the Belgian licence register. The regulator blocked amunra; the list now counts 900+ domains.

Without a licence there is no EPIS and no mandatory weekly ceiling. A self-set limit is your only brake here. What goes wrong is settled outside the Belgian framework.

Signup, KYC and support

The start is recognisable at every operator: your real details plus a KYC check before any money leaves. Have your identity card and a recent address document ready. The bank account name and the player account name must match.

The desk answers in English, and no Belgian body arbitrates a dispute. Keep the confirmation e-mails of your deposits; in a disagreement it comes down exclusively to those.

Limits, age and EPIS

Belgium regulates player protection considerably more strictly than a few years ago which feeds straight into your play limit. Every licence holder opens your account at €200 per week.

Self-exclusion in Belgium is handled centrally, through EPIS: whoever registers is barred everywhere immediately, online as well as offline. Reversing it is not immediate. Under-21s have been shut out of casino, hall and betting since September 2024; the National Lottery is the exception at 18. A trial account falls under it too.

Frequently asked questions

Can I deposit with Bancontact at Amunra?

Depositing with Bancontact works; the money comes back through your bank account. Reckon on a minimum of around €5. There is no route back to Bancontact — that goes via the bank.

Is the bonus worth it?

Always work the wagering through: 35x on a €50 bonus means €1,750 of turnover before a payout. Declining a bonus is always allowed. Check whether your game counts before you start.

How do I self-exclude?

You register with EPIS. It works nationally and immediately. The request is free of charge. It is the strongest brake Belgium offers.

From what age may I play?

The minimum age is 21; since 1 September 2024 it is 21 for casino, hall and betting. The check is automatic at licensed sites. This is not a guideline but a statutory limit.

Are winnings taxed?

No, you pay no tax on winnings; that burden falls on the operator. Ask for advice if large amounts are involved. This applies to every licensed operator.

Can I change my limit?

The statutory standard is €200 per week. Going down is always allowed, going up is not. At unlicensed sites that protection does not exist. You set it in your account settings.
